PLEASE HELP MEGAN. April 30. We rushed Megan to a 24 hour vet clinic when she developed bloat symptoms. We made it in time, and Megan was put on pain meds and IV to stabilize her. After blood panel and xrays showing the twisted stomach, she went into surgery - had her stomach pumped of air and food and then her stomach was tacked to her abdominal wall so the stomach would not twist again in the future.
We had to save Megan - but at a high cost - $5000. We are struggling to make ends meet but could not say no to this sweet girl.
