About Cindy Lou Hoo: This little 12 yr old Shih Tzu girl was rescued from the Pasadena Shelter on her last day. She is deaf and mostly blind. She has a constant urinary tract infection and thickened bladder wall. We are trying everything to keep her comfortable. Thank goodness she's a feisty little gal and just keeps on truckin'. Cindy Lou would love a sponsor. (She was named after the Dr. Seuss character who came straight out of Whoville.)
