About Charlie: Poor Charlie must have been traumatized by bad people when he was a pup because he's so fearful of most people. He absolutely loves his foster home mom and is totally devoted (although he nipped her on their very first meeting!) So we cannot place Charlie because of the potential for biting but Charlie could use your support because we WILL keep him for the rest of his life. He loves other dogs and is a good playmate for the fosters who travel through on their way to a new home. Charlie's only needs are annual vet care visits for shots and teeth cleanings.
